One night my mum and dad went to meet my dads friend. That night my sis and me stayed home alone. In the dark there was some kidnappers that kidnaped us. When my mum and dad came back we weren't there. They got shocked and after my mum and dad came in 5 mins later the kidnappers call our house and said that if you want your son and ur daughter back then I want $10,000 if you dont give me $10,000 i will kill both of them.

So then my dad call the police and told them about the hole thing. Then the police trace the call where the call came from. The call came from a old place a place that was made in 1983

Then the police said go give them $10,000 and will be over there so dosent matter. So my dad went to the ATM and got $10,000 

Then went to give them the money and it was quiet a long ride. When he got there the police got them and my sis and me could go home. and then we where happy.

Scary night with friends

One day there was a man his name was Fransis  He was with he's friend at his farmhouse having a party with his friends. They where playing games and stuff there. They light up a fire at his backyard. At his backyard in 1km their was a  big graveyard. So they where playing I dear you and he was playing against a girl so Fransis won. He told to go to the graveyard and stay there for 30 mins by your self.

She said OK so she walked there and waited for 30 mins after 5 mins she screams  hard out and all her friends ran to the graveyard and saw that she was dead so Fransis called the police and the ambulance

So when the ambulance came it took the body. The police started to ask questions when the police Finnish asking question he took Fransis and his friend to the police station. And then called there parents and then the guy who told her to go was arrested.

After he was arrested he's parents told a lawyer called Mr Dome said ill fight this case from defence.
uh Ms Deney said im fighting this case for proser-cuter so after a week Mr dome won the case and no one killed her she had a heart-attacked so the guy who was arrested he came out off jail and then they lived happily ever after              
                     

picking up Harakeke (flax)

Last week room 19 went down to Oamaru creek. We went there to learn about harakeke (flax) and also collect them to make some putiputi (flower).

Once we got there we prepared the flax. Ms T told us what to do and what not to do. We had rules what one we cut and what one we don't cut.

My partner Mosa was the one who cut the harakeke  for me and himself. Mosa cut a baby one in mistake. We had no time to cut another one cause we had to go back to our class. and Ms Tito taught us how to plat it.

When we cut it, sticky things came off the bottom, it was horrible. It smelled very nice and was so long. some of them were very rough.

We had a great time cutting harakeke and weaving  them. it is going to look amazing when its fished     

Tuakana/teina

Reading with kids in the library.

Every Tuesday after lunch room  9 and room 19 walks to the library to read a book to the teina means a smaller person then you. We are trying to make them good readers for the future and today. when we go there we tell the our teina so we go out side or stay inside to read them a book.


Our teacher Ms T loves looking at us when we are trying to teach the little kids.

Picnic at pt England school

This term pt England school decided to have a spectacular picnic on Friday 1 march at pt England reserve we walked a short descented to the reserved.

playing in the sand was my favourite thing. We jumped on the sand from the rocks. Carlos, Raihan, and Anthony stared to make a little muddy pond. I was throwing sand to Raihan.

Carlos my friend brang chocolate raihan brang the tapoland Anthony brang food and I brang my phone so we could listen to music. we sat with Anthony s mum on the other end. we had lots of fun over there.

Our group had a amazing morning tea and lunch. I ate cookie and chocolate. We had great time having lunch and morning tea.

I think you should go to the pt England reserve too im shore you have great times over there. Don't for get to take your friends and family.

Protection is all about protecting  yourself and others. Silence will not protect you.
Protection is if your friend is getting bullied you help them and help yourself at the same time. Protection is like using your W.I.T.S Walk away,  ignore it, talk about it, seek out. Protection can be used in very different ways like on a bike if you want protection on a bike were a helmet and   protection in a car make it CLICK.

learning About Honestly

what is honesty? This year pt England school is learning to be “better together”
kia pai te kotahi. in room room 19 we have been investigating love. compassion, honesty and tolerance. Ms Tito our teacher gave theses task to select one of these words to be write a definition and present an example of what it means to our class. The reason we are learning about these things to help us today and in the future.

Honestly means you being honest everytime and everywhere. it is better to say the truth rather saying the lie. it may be harder to say the truth but no one can change the truth. one day the truth will show up by everybody.
