The first rugby ball.

When the first rugby ball was made they had to kill pigs, for the small rugby ball they hand to kill a baby pig. They had to kill the pigs to get their bladder to make the rugby balls. They did not have any standard sizes that they could make a rugby ball out of.

To blow up a rugby ball you had to blow up the bladder like a balloon, because there where no pumps. When they had to blow it up it was extremely smelly.

Now we don’t use a pig bladder we use a bladder made of rubber. We have to pump it up with our hands, we do not use our lung power any more.
